Tax amnesty in Sarangani Province

The provincial government of Sarangani grant another tax amnesty in the Province following the request of some residents. A tax amnesty ordinance was approved last year in order to boost the province's collection effort and to meet the demand of delinquent real property taxpayers.

GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS - Delinquent real property taxpayers shall follow the guidelines for the availment of the relief:

a) Duly accomplished application form for relief to be provided and approved by the Provincial Treasurer or the Municipal Treasurer where the property is located;

b) Interest shall be condoned only upon payment of the principal of the BASIC and SEF taxes from the prior years up to December 2016;

c) The amount of the delinquent real property taxes under this Ordinance shall be paid in full or in installment;

d) In the event that any installment is not paid within the relief period, the total unpaid balance of the tax including the entire amount of interest shall become due and collectible;

e) Payments made under this Ordinance shall be unconditional and shall not be subject to "payment under protest";

f) Real properties subject to pending cases in court for real property tax delinquencies and real properties with taxes which are being paid under compromise agreement or paid under protest are excluded from the coverage of this program

We all hear nowadays is a form of crypto-currency. Crytography is science that provides security on the data, by encryption and decryption, and ensuring data integrity.
